This documentary unveils the complicity between the academics and the bureaucratic system in Taiwan. It reveals to the audiences many undisclosed secrets and stories behind the façade created by government offcials. Due to the inaccessibility and abstruseness of public health expertise, the lies are hard to be exposed and the potential crisis has become a ticking time bomb…
