【指間的重量】入圍上海國際電影節《亞洲新人導演獎》競賽單元

目前正在上映的【指間的重量】,日前接獲喜訊,入圍上海國際電影節《亞洲新人導演獎》競賽單元,成為唯一獲邀的台灣導演,該單元以鼓勵亞洲新人導演聞名。

上海國際電影節被國際影評人協會列入A級影展,也是目前兩岸三地最大的電影節,目前重要性已凌駕國際香港電影節,與釜山影展和東京影展楚於同等重要地位。去年的評審團主席是法國導演盧貝松,李安導演是座上嘉賓,這都說明了上海國際電影節的重要性。

第一屆上海電影節的大獎頒給了王童導演的【無言的山丘】,但隨後幾年的上海國際電影節就沒再看到台灣電影的風采,《亞洲新人導演獎》成立四年以來,潘志遠導演是第一位入圍的台灣導演。

潘志遠導演表示想踏入華文的主要電影市場,上海國際電影節的入圍是導演所珍惜的一個機會。導演目前正在籌備一部合拍片,希望是以大中華地區作為市場方向。

目前正在雲南出外景的【指間的重量】演員吳中天,很高興聽到這個消息,將於上海國際電影節期間,隨同導演出席頒獎典禮。

【情慾按摩院】論父子情結,大膽觸碰同志心中永遠的痛!

【情慾按摩院】前日於真善美戲院進行首映,吸引大批男同志攜伴前往觀賞,許多人衝著本片大量的男體裸露畫面而走進電影院,卻意外被男主角與父親隱諱又矛盾的情感給打動。長久以來,父子關係一直是所有男同志不敢真實面對的傷痛,也是許多同志遲遲不敢出櫃的關鍵。

【情慾按摩院】的主角是一名專為男同志服務的年輕按摩師,他白天必須參與父親葬禮的繁瑣儀式,晚上又得為男客進行按摩與性服務。導演刻意讓畫面在「男客的身體」與「父親的遺體」之間來回穿梭,除了表達「身體」在情慾外的另一層意境,更在父子親情上著墨甚多,大膽碰觸了同志與父親之間,那道永遠無法輕易跨越的鴻溝。

 【情慾按摩院】片如其名,大量呈現年輕俊秀的男主角每天晚上在色情按摩院工作的情形。男客初來院內時會先進行「選妃」儀式,清一色俊俏的男按摩師排排站,任君挑選,交易達成後便開始男按摩師的服務。從全身按摩到最終的交歡,觀眾在觀賞過程中,彷彿也參與了一場場情慾的流動與展演,然而更嚴肅的主題卻隱含在聲色和俏罵背後。

電影透過男主角面對痛失父親的心情,表述關於人生的責任與義務。導演透過巨細靡遺的葬禮儀式,試圖傳達男主角不管身處在按摩院或葬禮儀式中,都像在社會的眾目睽睽下,演出一場又一場身不由己的人生表演,寓意頗深。

松本潤--兄妹床戲12分鐘一鏡到底,《妹妹,戀人》大膽正視兄妹戀情!

先愛再戀赤裸情節,音樂影像完美結合。
松本潤 和 榮倉奈奈 在日片《妹妹,戀人》裡挑戰禁忌的「兄妹之戀」,雖然電影從漫畫的搞笑情色,轉變成深情款款的純愛風格,但導演 安藤尋 還是拍的十分大膽,電影開演不到半小時,就讓這對兄妹發生關係,而且還是在他們從小睡到大的「上下鋪床」發生!這場關鍵的床戲,導演以一個近12分鐘的長鏡頭「一鏡到底」拍攝,從兩人的深情告白,直到情不自禁,在長鏡頭的近身拍攝之下,嚴格考驗松本潤與榮倉奈奈的演技。

特製上下鋪床符合原著。
《妹妹,戀人》根據青木琴美的暢銷漫畫改編,這本十集的日本漫畫,本來就是「限制級」漫畫,書中有很多赤裸裸的激情描寫,還有許多搞笑情節。不過搬上大銀幕,則改以更成熟、更注重人性情感的角度去拍攝。雖然影像構圖美麗,很有純愛風格,但導演安藤尋顯然並不想扭扭捏捏地拍攝這段不被允許的兄妹戀,他反而是直截了當地面對這段戀情的問題核心。

在電影一開始,由於 平岡祐太 的介入,讓松本潤飾演的哥哥一角,忍不住終於向妹妹告白他隱藏多年的感情。導演赤裸裸呈現這對兄妹情不自禁地發生關係的過程!透過一個由遠漸近、將近十二分鐘的長鏡頭,細膩捕捉。而松本潤、榮倉奈奈兩人的內心戲演出,更為這場關鍵的床戲加分許多,讓這對兄妹的感情,呈現出來像是一段煞不住車的禁愛,變得益加真摯動人。 

 

片中這對兄妹所睡的「上下舖床」,其實是漫畫原著中的非常重要的場景之一,導演試圖在場景上維持漫畫中的原設計。但在現實中,高中三年級的兄妹還睡在一般的上下床舖,拍起來可能會產生些許不協調的感覺;所以導演安藤尋特地請美術組訂製出獨創的上下床舖,不讓床舖靠牆,反而是放在房間中間,才能配合房間整體的設計與尺寸;而且還讓床柱能伸縮,才能便於拍攝到各個角度的畫面,讓那場「一鏡到底」的床戲拍得那麼充滿感情。

音樂與主題曲大受好評。
在這場床戲之後,電影後半段開始著墨這對小情人如何面對世俗眼光的質疑,陷入與另位兩位男、女同學的複雜「四角戀」;更重要的是,他們得面對自己心裡也不容許的那條界線。電影尾聲,兩兄妹回到小時候最愛的一片苜蓿花海,哥哥松本潤再度揹起妹妹榮倉奈奈,兩人的溫柔告白既真切又令人心碎,成為全片最催人熱淚的高潮戲碼。

配合這段淒美、無奈、註定流淚的愛情,配樂請來了知名音樂家大友良英創作,簡單深情的音樂非常動人;至於已在預告片狂播的主題曲「直到永遠」,也是為了本片量身定作的,盪氣迴腸的詞曲,完全體現片中這對戀人的愛與掙扎,由女歌手克莉絲朵凱兒演唱。《妹妹,戀人》還沒正式上演,台灣的發行公司已接到許多有關音樂與主題曲的詢問電話,證明音樂與影像的結合成功,相得益彰。

《妹妹,戀人》將於六月一日在全台上映。6月1日--初夏時分.真情難捨!

彌勒熊影評 : 女性的自省與自覺【陷索】

一樁命案造成一名女子意外喪生,也引發周遭身為目擊者、媽媽、妹妹、妻子、與死亡女孩自己對生命的轉向及浴火重生的契機,並給了導演為女性同胞發聲的著力點…。

基本上整部戲以類【Crash衝擊效應】式的架構為主體,但型式上則更為絕對與實驗性,五段故事切割的相當明顯,僅僅以該命案事件來延伸貫穿,可見導演對自己深具信心,也留了相當大的空間與想像待觀者自我完成,這也讓它變成一部自覺度很高的作品,不論對電影本身或對觀眾而言,而未說明的部份,亦顯示了作者的寬容大度。

以第一段來說,母親整天對女兒的霸佔強索與無理咒罵,終於在她要外出約會前夕達到臨界點,而面對不斷講述連續殺人狂行為的男友,要求對方以皮腰帶緊箍自己雙手,甚至於希冀感受被強暴之後,來證明自己存在感的女兒,還是打了通報案電話讓母親不至於絕望。

緊接著,一家三口不斷尋找手臂有12:13文字刺青,指間有胎記失蹤的姐姐,妹妹甚至於很可能因為方便找尋,還親自擔任驗屍官的工作。而多年來父母不放棄的用心,無形中卻早已轉化成她內心深深窒錮的煎熬,該名幾乎符合條件的屍體出現,讓早已瀕臨崩潰的她,似乎終於可以卸下一切包袱,但母親一句:「那不是她,她還活著…,我永不放棄,一如我不放棄你一般…」,又再次拉著她回到地獄的深淵,她發狂的焚燒所有多年來的線索,才算為自己找到一個平衡點。

而真正女孩母親的出現,卻帶來更為勁爆的內情與發展,被繼父強暴…與女人同居…等等,再對照母親得宜的外表談吐,女孩的變型也許來自對母親的叛逆或逃離,母親出手的闊綽以錢解決問題的方式,我們可以說她深黯人情,或說她從來不懂得如何表達對子女的關愛…是職業是來自遺傳或其他…,所以她立刻決定帶著孫女遠赴華府…為彌補未完成的愛或再造成另一次的悲劇也未知?但她至少給了小生命一個希望!

而最後一段 Dead girl現身則讓我們看到她至為不忍的小小心願,為自己帶來萬劫不復的遭遇,為了一圓孩子生日的祝福,她必需為人“性服務”還是對著兇手撒謊,講述自己過去得到生日禮物的經驗…,她也會為愛人同志的不幸動手打人,海扁對方。對她來說,生命有如夾縫中求生存的茍延殘喘,死亡對她而言過程是痛苦萬分,結果則未嘗不是另類解脫。當然,她也不知道自己一死所引發的“衝擊效應”!而為女兒帶來將來的希望,這也諷刺的變成送給她的“禮物”嗎?

但整部戲真正讓我震撼不已的是兇手太太在知情之後,驅車帶著所有被害女子的證據,前往警局在剎那間決定轉頭回到寓所的那場浴火重生的戲,她把身上僅有的衣裳投入大火切斷與丈夫一切的瞬間,完成了電影最高潮。

其實劇中男性角色幾乎是隱誨不明,或是負面價值的,導演一直著重在女人如何看待女人的角度(其實導演Karen Moncrieff也是女的,呵呵!)因此,我們可以看到劇中母親面對女兒的蕾絲邊親密愛人只淡淡一句:「我家裡不能有毒品,但我非常歡迎你來同住!」在那時刻,一個短短的moment,讓我感到溫馨至極!畢竟所有的不幸難道就要女人為難女人嗎?

五段戲都戲味十足,緊扣中樞,每位領銜主演的演員都表現出色極了!而如我前面文字所言,所有你觀後的想像與感言,尚待每一位觀眾延伸到你的生活與周邊,當然也留給你來自我反省及完成吧!

【夏季雨】激情似火,一發不可收拾!大帥哥安東尼奧班德拉斯,演而優則導再執導筒。

夏天是戀人們的季節,但要是沒有手機,沒有網路,沒有KTV,沒有百貨公司,現代的情侶該怎麼談戀愛呢?將於本週五上映的【夏季雨】,是拉丁情人「安東尼奧班德拉斯」最新執導作品。班德拉斯不僅回顧了自己的成長過程,也描述了西班牙人洋溢在70年代的華麗青春史。

【夏季雨】電影中主人翁是位愛好寫詩的青年「米格」,每到夏天就和叛逆青年、富家公子、幫派小子三位好友窩在游泳池,不但消暑納涼,池畔美女更是清涼養眼。某日米格墜入情海,帶著女友到富家公子的別墅裡開轟趴,幾杯黃湯下肚,偌大的書房中僅隔著一層屏風,兩對情侶在若隱若現中,清楚看到對方雲雨巫山、魚水交歡的激情畫面。

【夏季雨】是安東尼奧班德拉斯演而優則導的第二部作品,他雖已離開西班牙工作多年,在好萊塢大放異彩,卻依舊保有一顆熱情的心。

今年夏天,你準備好參加這場超越恐懼極限的《卸屍宴》了嗎?

六月鳳凰花開,又到了畢業的季節,大家在與同學離情依依不捨別離的時候,也不忘在畢業典禮的前後舉辦謝師宴感謝老師。但是在電影《卸屍宴》的劇情中,謝師宴似乎不那麼單純,這是一場用死亡鮮血作為款待「恩師」的盛宴…!

六月份上映的《卸屍宴》是一場佈滿殺機、處處為營的死亡盛宴。七個學生在畢業多年後,舉行謝師宴款待已退休的老師,看似溫馨的宴會背後,其實人人各懷鬼胎,暗中計劃著變態的屠殺及報復事件。

《卸屍宴》中的朴老師,外表如同我們心目中美好老師的形象:溫和婉約、心地善良,深受學生的歡迎。然而丈夫的虐待、伴隨失去家人的痛苦,讓她徹底精神崩潰,進而失控的遷怒報復在自己的學生身上。事過多年,長大後的學生們卻永遠忘不了當年的恥辱。

大家都曾經被老師以各種原因嘲諷、體罰、歧視,在心中留下莫大的陰影,無法彌補的傷痕深植在人格個性中,跟隨著他們的人生,成為他們自己最不為人知的黑暗面。

多年後的謝師宴,班上文靜內向的好學生(徐英姬飾)邀請其他六位學生回來探視老師,這場謝師宴隨即引發一場恐怖的血腥風暴,計畫復仇的學生們反而一個接著一個的慘死,鮮血與人的肉體成為謝師宴的主菜,謝師宴變成了《卸屍宴》。

這場宴會中,殺手手法極度冷血暴虐,仇恨是最有力的武器,彷彿累積了多年的怨恨一次爆發,用刀、用血為自己復仇。幕後的真兇到底是誰?這場死亡盛宴又會如何收場?這部驚悚新作以偵探片的懸疑手法,一層層抽絲剝繭的追查出更多不為人知的校園秘辛。

飾演好學生的韓國女星徐英姬,曾因電影《情書》大受注目,這次在《卸屍宴》中首度挑大梁演出女主角。這部電影在血腥驚悚之下,點出偏差的教育體制所衍生出的複雜社會問題其實是更恐怖駭人的。

由於過於血腥、殘忍,本片的報紙廣告、立牌都只能選擇性刊掛,劇照也因為太多慘不忍睹,血濺一地的鏡頭,經過了層層的篩選後才得以公開張貼。

《卸屍宴》的片商為了遵守恐怖片的原則─讓觀眾陷入極度恐懼當中,寧可影片被分類為限制級也堅持一刀不剪。觀眾唯有進電影院才能全程參與《卸屍宴》。

SYNOPSIS

 

In Wong Kar Wai、s debut English language feature, the internationally acclaimed director takes his audience on a dramatic journey across the distance between heartbreak and a new beginning.

 

After a rough break-up, Elizabeth (played by songstress Norah Jones in her  screen  debut) sets out on a journey across America, leaving  behind a  life of memories, a dream and

a soulful new friend —  a café owner (Jude Law) — all while  in  search of   something  to  mend  her broken  heart. Waitressing her way through the country, Elizabeth befriends others whose yearnings are greater than hers, including a troubled cop (David Strathairn) and his estranged wife (Rachel Weisz) and a down-on-her luck gambler  (Natalie Portman) with a score to settle.

 

Through these individuals, Elizabeth witnesses the true depths of loneliness and emptiness, and begins to understand that her own journey is part of a greater exploration within herself.

Sometimes the tangible distance between two persons can be quite small but the emotional one can be miles.

MY BLUEBERRY NIGHTS is a look at those distances, from various angles.

I wanted to explore these expanses, both figuratively and literally, and the lengths it takes to overcome them.

Norah Jones, the talented singer, songwriter and pianist, who has won over the world with her signature style, made her debut album COME AWAY WITH ME on Blue Note Records in 2003,

selling 20 million copies worldwide and garnering eight Grammy Awards, including album of the year, best new artist, best female pop vocal performance, and record of the year for the bluesy

single, “Don、t Know Why.”

Her second album, FEELS LIKE HOME, released in 2004,

topped sales charts and was nominated for 4 Grammys.

In 2005 she shared a Grammy with the late Ray Charles for the duet “Here We Go Again.” In 2006, she released an album as part of her band The Little Willies. Her third album NOT TOO LATE was released in January, 2007 by Blue Note to critical acclaim

and worldwide success, topping the charts on five continents.

MY BLUEBERRY NIGHTS marks her film debut.

Jude Law is one of the most sought-after talents in the acting world. Jude worked with the National Youth Music Theatre,

and has appeared in several productions on the West End and at the National Theatre.  He has also been very active on British TV and film.  For his work in WILDE, playing opposite Stephen Fry and Vanessa Redgrave, he won several awards, including

the London Film Critics Circle Award and the Evening Standard Award.

His American film debut was in the futuristic GATTACA opposite Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke.  Other films include Sam Mendes’ ROAD TO PERDITION, starring alongside Tom Hanks and Paul Newman, David Cronenberg’s EXISTENZ, which also featured Jennifer Jason Leigh and Willem Dafoe,

Clint Eastwood’s MIDNIGHT IN THE GARDEN OF GOOD AND EVIL, in which he shared the screen with Kevin Spacey and John Cusack, and Jean-Jacques Annaud’s World War II epic ENEMY AT THE GATES.

Law received Oscar and Golden Globe nominations for Best Actor for his work in COLD MOUNTAIN.  Law was also nominated for both Academy and Golden Globe Awards in 2000 for his

performance as “Dickie Greenleaf” in THE TALENTED MR. RIPLEY. He received the BAFTA award that year for the role. 

His recent film credits include ALL THE KING’S MEN, opposite Sean Penn and Kate Winslet, THE HOLIDAY opposite Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet, BREAKING AND ENTERING for director Anthony Minghella, opposite Juliette Binoche and Robin Wright Penn.  He recently completed shooting the remake of SLEUTH with Michael Caine.

Portman most recently starred in V FOR VENDETTA.  This year, she appears in Milos Forman、s GOYA’S GHOSTS, as Anne Boleyn in THE OTHER BOLEYN GIRL, and opposite Dustin Hoffman in the children、s fantasy MR. MAGORIUM’S WONDER EMPORIUM.

Chan Marshall is a Georgia-born songwriter famed (as Cat Power) for her minimalist style, sparse guitar and piano playing, and soulful, cathartic vocals.  Spin Magazine has called Cat Power “the archetypal rock heroine” in naming her album

“The Greatest” one of the best of 2006. She makes her film debut in MY BLUEBERRY NIGHTS.

Wong Kar Wai was born in Shanghai and moved to Hong Kong with his parents when he was five.

He joined the film industry as a scriptwriter and became a film director in 1989. He soon established himself as an extraordinary talent.

His first film, AS TEARS GO BY was screened as part of

the ‘Critics’ Week’ at the 1989 Cannes International Film Festival.  His second film, DAYS OF BEING WILD was set in a vividly

imagined 1960s. This film featured several of Hong Kong’s

popular young stars of the time and won five Hong Kong Film Awards, including Best Film and Best Director.

Director Wong spent the next two years working on ASHES

OF TIME, which was shot in remote regions of China. In this film, Wong went against all the standards of the genre to successfully make a period martial arts drama. The film was premiered at the 1994 Venice Film Festival. During a break in the post-production of ASHES OF TIME,        Wong made CHUNGKING EXPRESS, which later became a cult hit in many countries. It was also Wong’s first film to have world-wide distribution. After that, he created

FALLEN ANGELS, which continued some of the themes he started in CHUNGKING EXPRESS.

His next film, HAPPY TOGETHER was premiered at Cannes

in 1997 and won him the festival’s Best Director Award. In 2
000, IN THE MOOD FOR LOVE premiered in competition at Cannes where it was awarded numerous accolades, including the Best Actor prize for Tony Leung Chiu-wai. Four years later, he returned to Cannes again with 2046 which continued to follow the life of IN THE MOOD FOR LOVE lead character Chow Mo-wen played by Leung.

Wong also shot a few short films, including a BMW online

project, THE HIRE, as part of a series commissioned by the car  company from  directors like Ang Lee, John Woo, and  John Frankenheimer.  He worked on DJ Shadow’s music video SIX DAYS and he directed one part of the film EROS.

His segment starred Gong Li and Chang Chen. The other two

episodes were directed by Michelangelo Antonioni and Steven Soderbergh.

In May, 2006, Wong served as the President of the Jury at

the 59th Cannes Film Festival.  A month later, he began shooting his first English-language film MY BLUEBERRY NIGHTS

throughout the United States of America.
