Speaking to CNA on Sunday (Jun 1) at the sidelines of the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore, Mr Zhou, who is also a retired Senior Colonel in China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA), also said that China’s voice is still heard despite the absence of the Chinese defence minister or senior delegation at the defence summit.
