A Russian drone was shot down in Zhytomyr region overnight.
Vitaliy Bunechko, head of the Zhytomyr regional military administration, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“During an air raid alert overnight, the enemy tried to attack Zhytomyr region, using a Shahed-type drone,” he wrote.
According to the region’s governor, the Ukrainian air defense forces shot down the enemy drone in the north of the region.
