THUNDER BAY — Repaving work is set to close sections of Memorial Avenue between Central Avenue and the Harbour Expressway beginning on Tuesday. The resurfacing project, which involves milling and paving two lifts of asphalt, is expected to take six to eight days to complete in total. The project comes a year after the city resurfaced Memorial between Central and Second avenues.
