THUNDER BAY — The City will allow residents to put out a third item of garbage (bag or garbage can) with no tag, on their first collection date after Labour Day.
Residents are reminded to make efforts to reduce what they throw away, as limiting waste saves energy, time, money and valuable natural resources.
