他是米莎，苗栗客家人，高中北上唸北一女，大學南下唸成大。卻在大二那年輟學，也和父親的關係鬧僵。留在台南，為了養活自己做了很多大人們認為不務正業的工作，像是搞劇場，在街頭唱歌等等。寫完〈介條河壩〉這首客家歌之後，決定走向音樂創作這條路。2009年，米莎想把創作錄成專輯，台南麵包車樂團的團員願意無薪幫他完成心願。「只要真心努力地去完成一件事情，全世界都會來幫助你」這句話，在米莎身上得到了應證。
Misa, a Hakka from Miaoli, quitted university in her sophomore year and had strained the relationship with her father. She was busily engaged in the theater and street performance, viewed as informal employment by most parents. After writing the Hakka song, The River, she decided to involve herself in creating music.
